These terms apply to the public pages and inquiry form operated by Neck Cream Sourcing. Using the form means you ask this independent desk to restate a requirement and request factory quotes. It does not create a manufacturing contract, an authorised-distributor appointment or a clinical-service engagement.

Quotes and orders

Factory replies remain offers from the named supplier. Price, lead time, packing and attached documents stay subject to that reply. This desk does not guarantee acceptance, shipment or destination clearance. You choose the supplier and the commercial terms.

Information you send

You confirm that the specifications, quantities and destination notes you submit are accurate enough to request quotes. Do not send patient or consumer personal data that is not needed to specify a neck cream order.

Limitation

Pages are procurement guidance. They are not formula instructions, FDA approval statements or a substitute for the model file attached to a quote. US law that applies to the destination still sits with the buyer and the named supplier.
